I had the good fortune to hire Milo and work with him for several years.  He was hired to satisfy the video production needs of Cox Media’s key clients, but he far exceeded those expectations.  

At a time when Cox Media was heavily focused on television advertising, Milo helped clients and co-workers see the future of New Media and alternative marketing tactics.  His continual drive to learn, create and push the boundaries of the status quo is astounding.  

While Milo never failed to achieve our clients’ advertising objectives, he also made me and my immediate supervisors look good to top management in the company.  His business acumen is also very strong, having run small businesses successfully over an extended period of time.  In short, Milo is very likely the best employee I’ve ever hired.  The folklore of his spectacular work still lingers in our office, even six years after his departure.  Milo will make a real and positive impact to the bottom line of any organization that hires him.
